The living room and dining room feature glass sliders to the deck, which runs the length of the house.
The main level deck features a covered area with sectional sofa seating, a Polywood table with seating for six, and two rocking chairs off the primary bedroom. There is plenty of outdoor seating for your whole group. The main level primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large smart TV, and a sitting area with a comfy sofa. Completing the primary bedroom are glass sliders with private access to the back deck, easily accessible to start your morning with a cup of coffee in the rockers. Don't forget to wind down with a cocktail, catching the breathtaking Lake Norman sunsets!
Once you venture down the stairs at Ponderosa Pointe, there is a second living space with a couch, loveseat, and large, mounted smart TV. The lower level primary bedroom features a second King Suite - attached full bath & king bed.
