Attached to the kitchen is a breakfast room with seating for 6 allowing for the perfect lake views while eating your favorite meal. The living room has a large sofa with matching chairs, a vaulted ceiling with fan, and a large 55" TV with direct access to the newly covered back deck and outdoor seating area. Behind the brand new barn door is a sunroom with a large sectional, hosting a queen sleeper and even larger 65” TV to use as a private bedroom or alternate space to just hang out. The sunroom has glass doors that lead into the master bedroom with a king bed and a new master bath featuring seamless glass shower doors and large walk-in closets.
The Upper Level features two bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other a queen bed with twin trundles.
The attached spacious two-car garage has been converted into a bedroom, new bathroom, and game room! The large bedroom has two queen beds to sleep 4 with an en-suite bathroom. Let’s not forget about the covered dock area with a fishing deck and personal swim beach. Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme water sports like waterskiing and wakeboarding! Your private dock is large enough to accommodate several watercraft so you can take advantage of our multiple-day rentals and keep your toys close at hand.
