The main level of the house features a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a bar with seating for 3.
Attached to the kitchen is a breakfast room with seating for 6, allowing for perfect lake views while eating your favorite meal.
The living room has a large three-seater sofa with matching chairs, a vaulted ceiling with a fan, and a large 55" TV. It offers direct access to the newly covered back deck and outdoor seating area.
Behind the newly installed barn door is a sun room with a large sectional, hosting a queen sleeper and an even larger 65' TV for a private bedroom or alternate space to hang out. The sunroom has glass doors to the primary bedroom, perfect for a family sleeping arrangement. The primary bedroom is on the main level with a king bed and a new ensuite bathroom featuring seamless glass shower doors and large walk-in closets!
The upper level features two bedrooms and a shared hall bath. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other features a queen bed with a twin trundle.
The attached spacious two-car garage is being converted into a bedroom, new bathroom, and game room! The large bedroom will have two queen beds to sleep 4, with an ensuite bathroom. The game room will be the highlight for adults and kids alike, featuring a 12-foot shuffleboard table, plus a pool/ ping pong table combo and a large TV! Let the games begin!
The exterior of A Frame of Mind is where your vacation truly begins. There is a newly covered deck area featuring a ceiling fan to keep you cool while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
A few steps down is the leveled, fenced-in yard with a fire pit (wood provided). The kids can make s'mores while the adults sit around and recap the fantastic lake days! Conveniently located lakeside is a boat house with a ramp to store all the fun lake toys, including a kayak, paddleboard, assortment of life jackets, and a swim pad (seasonally available).
Let's not forget the covered dock area with a fishing deck and swim beach. Remember, Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme water sports like water skis and wakeboards! Your private dock is large enough to accommodate several watercrafts, so you can take advantage of our multiple-day rentals and keep your toys close at hand.

•Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
•The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 30 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
