Welcome to Winding Down a newly constructed, beautifully decorated home that will guarantee a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with the most gorgeous lake views! This home has been renovated with new flooring, lighting, ceilings, and freshly painted walls in every room. Let the magnificent indoor and outdoor ambiance carry you away to your dream vacation. Our most recent additions: new pool, man cave and pickleball court to complete your Lakecation.
Winding Shores is an open concept living space featuring a modern farmhouse look. With plenty of windows welcoming the outdoors in, the natural light flows in creating an open and airy feel. On the main level, you will find the perfect gathering spaces with an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area offering views of the lake from wherever you choose to sit! The full length screened-in porch is easily accessible from any room, on the deck there is a propane grill (propane provided). Just take a step out and enjoy your morning coffee and the tranquil sounds from the lake or grab your drink and soak in Lake Norman's breathtaking sunsets.
The living area that has brand new furniture including a large comfortable leather couch, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, sofa table, and large TV. The eat in kitchen is fully stocked for all your group needs including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The eat in area has a 6- top round table and countertop with 4 bar stools for plenty of options for eating space. When it's family mealtime, the dining area will suffice! With a large farmhouse table that seats 8 and opens to the kitchen and living room.
This gorgeous home features 7 bedrooms that sleep 16 and 5 and a half baths! With bedrooms on all 3 levels of the home, it offers both comfort and convenience for your group. On the main level, a master bedroom with a full bath, a queen suite, and a king suite, all featuring large plush bedding and pillows for a restful sleep. You will be right at home while feeling relaxed and pampered. The upper level features luxurious sleeping areas include 2 king bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, and a bunkroom. The bunk room is perfect for the kids, with two Twin over full bunk beds that sleep 4, and a TV. Need some alone time? Hide away in the cozy reading nook upstairs and get lost in a book!
The lower level is where the fun and games happen! This is the perfect area to entertain and be entertained! Here you will find the gaming area equipped with games like pool, darts, and board games. There’s fun for all ages! A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, utensils, cookware, and small appliances allows you to prepare a meal for your entire group. There is an additional sleeping suite on the lower level with 2 queen beds and attached bathroom.
Winding Shore's latest addition is the SPORTS DEN, this former garage is set up to entertain all ages! One side is equipped with a 85" TV and 2 55" Tv's, a sectional, ping pong and foosball; can not forget the full size fridge and freezer to keep all adult beverages cold. There is a bar sink to prep meals and a full bathroom including a urinal! The other side of SPORTS DEN features a golf simulator, putting green and more Tv's to enjoy all the action. Take a step outside and grab three other friends for a friendly game on the newly installed pickle ball court!
For your relaxation and pleasure, when you step outside you will find a cove, dock, pier hot tub and fire pit (wood provided) for your outdoor adventures. Don't forget the pool with a sunning deck which is a perfect place to unwind after a long lake day and plan the next days adventures. The outside area is equipped with a kayak, stand up paddle board, corn hole & Connect Four. Games inside or outside make Winding Shores everyone's favorite new lake house! Truly a great home for making wonderful family memories to be treasured for years to come!
