The main entrance brings you into a large foyer which opens the home up to one of two living rooms with a fireplace, kitchen, and covered outdoor terrace. The living room has a comfortable seating area with 2 oversized chairs, bistro table, bar chairs, TV, full kitchen, and half bathroom. Off the lower level living room is the first master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom and laundry room. The master has doors to access the covered outdoor terrace and great lake views. On the opposite side of the lower level living room is a great bunk room for kids of all ages to enjoy! The bunk room is furnished with two twin-over-full bunk bed sets and a queen sleeper sofa. The adjacent garage area has been converted into a game room with ping pong and foosball. Make it a family game night! The garage also has elevator access.
Climb the gorgeous oversized stairs to the upper level, for more great lake views! The main living room boasts large, comfy leather sofas with seating for 8 or more and amazing lake views. The main level kitchen is well equipped to whip up a meal to serve your whole group or a quick breakfast. This full stocked kitchen with Keurig and drip coffee maker, opens to two seating areas to enjoy your home cooked meals and family time. The breakfast nook off the kitchen and the dining area both have seating for 8. The breakfast nook has a wall of windows to enjoy the large lake views. More seating is available at the kitchen bar with 4 stools. The top level has a 2nd main master bedroom with a king bed and huge en-suite bathroom. The master bath boasts a large glass shower and separate soaking tub. The master suite features a privacy hall to another bedroom with 2 twin beds for parents with children, an office area and a laundry room. This main level master suite also has elevator access.
On the opposite side of the top level, there are two queen bedrooms with a shared full bathroom .One of the queen bedrooms has sliders to the upper level deck to enjoy early morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs.
The outdoor area at Sunset Pointe is amazing with two large decks extending the length of the house allowing for plenty of alone time for early morning coffee or at sunset with an adult beverage! The lower level opens up to the level backyard and the lake with gentle slope to wade in the shoreline. Just outside the door is a beautiful covered outdoor patio with an elegant and inviting seating area - and table for an additional 4- just steps away from the gas grill. A sidewalk from the patio leads to the lakeshore. At the lakefront, there is additional outdoor seating, a huge fire-pit for nighttime fires under the stars, a 1000 square foot private dock with room for 2 large boats and docking stations for 2 jet skis. The dock extends into the lake for panoramic main channel views, with lots of area for taking in the sun or just relaxing by the water. Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys which include: a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.
