Lakeside Surprise is a quaint ranch style home nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Norman. This lakeside surprise offers exquisite views of Lake Norman! The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full and one half bathrooms, sleeping 10 in total.
Outdoor living is top notch at this Lakeside Surprise! Swim off the dock complete with ladder, outdoor swing, fire pit - large screened in porch with plenty of dining space topped off with sofa bed couches! Family members will be fighting over the unique sleeping space!! What a perfect setting for your next Lakecation!

Lakeside Surprise features ranch style living, you are greeted with perfect gathering spaces upon walking in, this home will surprise you with the attention to detail and all the upgrades throughout! The living space features a large dining room, homey living room complete with a large comfortable sectional, and open to the kitchen. You can catch views of the lake from any seat in the house! The screened in porch is easily accessible off the living room - brew your coffee and take it out for a tranquil morning with sounds of the lake, but don't forget that cocktail in the evening, you will NOT want to miss Lake Norman's breathtaking sunsets!
The completely remodeled kitchen does not disappoint, plenty of counter space to cook up meals for the family! Breakfast bar for kiddos or adults, too! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need during your Lakecation including dishes, utensils, & wine cooler. Leave everything at home & come and unwind at Lake Norman!
You can nestle into one of the 3 bedrooms at Lakeside Surprise. The master features a king size bed with luxurious plush bedding and an attached master bathroom - the master bath features a stand alone shower - completely remodeled and dual sinks. A large walk in closet, with plenty of space for all of your things!
The real retreat begins when you step outside with our amenities that ensure entertainment for all and relaxation for sure! You can challenge your guests to a game of corn hole or ping pong, be sure to bring your competitive side! After challenging your guests to games, you won't fall short on places to relax. Have a romantic swing on the outdoor swing or take a quick nap, but be sure to call the sofa bed couches when you first arrive, as they will definitely be the best spot for relaxation! Be sure to plan your evenings by the fire pit. The large, newly built fire pit (wood provided) boasts its own seating around the fire perfect for an adult beverage and some s'mores! Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys which include: a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.
